I added roasted tomatoes to my vegan cauliflower alfredo sauce recipe and it add great flavor!!

 Just cut cherry tomatoes in half and add olive oil with salt and pepper and roast in the oven until well done.  Add them to the sauce with the steamed broccoli. So delicious...

I got this recipe from "It Doesn't Taste Like Chicken".com

1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, finely chopped

2 Tbsp lime juice

3 Tbsp vegan mayonnaise

1 Tbsp agave

1/4 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake until well mixed.
