

Three Bean Chili
I use this recipe from The Minimalist Baker I use Red Kidney beans, Black beans and Pinto beans My favorite ingredients


Chick Pea "Tuna" Sandwich
Ingredients I like to use Rinse and drain 1 can of chick peas Pat dry with paper towel Mash chick peas Add 1/4 tsp dill weed, salt and pepper Add 1 1/2 Tbsp of caper brine Add 1 Tbsp lemon juice Add 1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard Finely chop 1 stalk celery, 1/4 of a small red onion and 1 Tbsp capers Add 1/4 cup corn. Make sure you squeeze out the juice with a paper towel Add 3 Tbsp vegan mayo Mix well How I like my sandwich - extra mayo on whole grain bread with lettuce and tomato En


White Balsamic Dressing
Ingredients: 1/2 cup Grape seed oil or canola oil 1/4 cup White balsamic vinegar 1 heaping tsp Dijon mustard 1 Garlic clove, minced (I used a garlic press, one of my favorite kitchen gadgets) 1 1/2 tsp Agave (more or less to your liking) 1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning (more or less to taste) Salt and Pepper Directions: Add all ingredients to a dressing jar shake well. Vegan Coleslaw
Just go to your local grocery store and purchase a bag of precut cabbage. Make the coleslaw dressing on my website and add to cabbage. You can add more or less cabbage/dressing to your liking. #VeganColeslaw

Seed to Sprout Everything is great! They offer cooking classes also. Mundo Vegan The lasagna is great here! Veganized I love their "hot dogs" and Philly Flat Bread. Their veggie burgers are also amazing! Kayas Kitchen Tempeh buffalo wings are great, and try their mac and cheese. Cinnamon Snail Try their maple mustard tempeh sandwich and their doughnuts. Vegan Ceasar Dressing
No exact measurements here.....just add the vegan mayo, it will be the largest ingredient, then blob some dijon mustard, see the picture, add 1 garlic cloves crushed with a garlic press or minced, squeeze 1/2 a lemon maybe a touch more, add 1 Tbsp of minced capers, about 1 1/2 Tbsp of olive oil, 1 Tbsp of caper brine, 1/4 cup of vegan parmesan cheese then salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour desired amount over salad and add vegan parmesan cheese if you like.
Garlic Aioli
This recipe can be used as a creamy pesto sauce for pasta. I also use it as a spread on panini sandwiches. Ingredients: 1 head garlic 3/4 cup raw cashews 2 cloves whole garlic, minced 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 - 2 Tbsp olive oil (plus more for roasting) Salt & pepper to taste 1/2 Cup Vegan parmesan cheese 2 Tbsp Basil Directions: 1.
