Vegan Lasagne
My family loves to go to a restaurant in Montclair called Mundo Vegan. We called in a take out order for their lasagne but they only had 3 orders when we wanted 5. I decided to try and make this recipe myself and was so happy I did. It came out great!! Now we don't have to drive that far to get this delicious dish! I'll show you the picture of the finished product but I'm going to recipe test it one more time so I get the measurements right before I post the recipe. I used my own marinara sauce recipe but you can use your favorite.
