1/2 cup Grape seed oil or canola oil
1/4 cup White balsamic vinegar
1 heaping tsp Dijon mustard
1 Garlic clove, minced (I used a garlic press, one of my favorite kitchen gadgets)
1 1/2 tsp Agave (more or less to your liking)
1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning (more or less to taste)
Salt and Pepper
Add all ingredients to a dressing jar shake well. Serve!
