I tried roasting spaghetti squash tonight for the first time. Was excellent, I paired it with two different sauces. One recipe I got from a Facebook friend, it's called Mediterranean Skillet. You can click on the link to get the recipe. On Facebook they put chicken in the recipe, I didn't put chicken in and I also left out the olives.
