Julie made a very healthy lunch today. It has broccoli, peas and brown rice pasta in it. She made her cheese sauce to put on top. Quick and easy to make.
Julie's Cheese Sauce
3/4 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
6 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon brown rice flour
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tablespoon vegan butter
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Put in pan and whisk all together. Then add to pasta, broccoli and peas.
