Julie's Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were delicious! You should try the recipe.

Ingredients:

2 1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill all purpose gluten free flour (see in the picture above)

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp sea salt

3/4 cup organic brown sugar

1/2 cup refined coconut oil, softened

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax seed meal to 1 1/2 tbsp water)

2 tbsp pure maple syrup, room temperature

2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 1/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips

Mix all the dry ingredients, mix all the wet ingredients. Add together and mix well. Bake on a lined baking sheet at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
