Stir Fry at the Stilo House Tonight

This Stir Fry is another favorite of mine. I prep the veggies, blanch the broccoli, make the rice and cook the chicken (for the non vegans) I slice the chicken, cook it in olive oil and when cooked through I add the brown sauce and let it thicken. I stir fry the veggies in batches using a light oil, like grape seed oil or canola oil. You can use as many veggies as you like. I stir fry the onions and mushrooms last with 1 Tbsp of fresh minced ginger and 4 cloves of minced garlic (you could use more or less depending on how many veggies your cooking). When they are cooked through I add a good helping of the brown sauce and let it thicken. Then I add all the veggies and stir well. Ready to eat! You can serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and soy sauce. Not sure why but I like to add Franks sweet chili sauce. :)
