Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

Julie's buffalo wings for the football games. She said it was her best sauce yet.

(Make sure to buy this buffalo wing sauce!)

Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

(Gluten free as well)

Ingredients for the 'wings':

1 cup brown rice flour

1 head cauliflower

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

1 & 1/4 cup plain almond milk

3/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce (make sure it's the buffalo wing sauce, not the hot sauce)

Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Chop the cauliflower into bite sized pieces. Next, add the brown rice flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika (optional, but adds nice color) and salt and pepper. Mix this all together. Then add in the almond milk and whisk again.

Next, dunk the cauliflower into the batter and make sure to cover all sides. Place on the parchment paper once done. After coating all pieces, place in the oven for 25 minutes to cook.

While cooking prepare the ranch dipping sauce...

Ingredients for ranch dipping sauce:

1 cup vegan mayo

1 tsp onion powder

1 & 1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp red wine vinegar

1 & 1/2 tsp dried dill weed

1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Finely chop the chives. Next, mix all ingredients together. It's that simple!

After the wings have baked for 25 minutes, take them out of the oven.

Add the Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce to a bowl. Dip each cauliflower wing in the wing sauce and place back onto the baking sheet. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes.

Then, you're all done! These are so easy to make and really tasty. The Frank's sauce makes all the difference. These are like boneless wings but nonetheless, are very tasty!
