Vegan Ceasar Dressing

No exact measurements here.....just add the vegan mayo, it will be the largest ingredient, then blob some dijon mustard, see the picture, add 1 garlic cloves crushed with a garlic press or minced, squeeze 1/2 a lemon maybe a touch more, add 1 Tbsp of minced capers, about 1 1/2 Tbsp of olive oil, 1 Tbsp of caper brine, 1/4 cup of vegan parmesan cheese then salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour desired amount over salad and add vegan parmesan cheese if you like.
